Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HireBox. “We” means the team that runs it. By joining the waitlist, applying to a position or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use HireBox.

What HireBox is

HireBox is a talent pool for AI and ML specialists. Candidates join it, and companies looking for their skills contact them. We decide who is accepted into the pool and which companies can use HireBox.

Joining the waitlist or applying to a position doesn’t guarantee acceptance, an interview or a job, and we can’t promise that a company will hire through HireBox.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Use one account per person. An account is either a candidate’s or an employer’s.
• Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account; tell us at support@hirebox.pro if you think someone else has used it.

Your content

Your profile, CV and messages remain yours. You allow us to store and process them, including with AI, to run HireBox: to show your profile to companies on HireBox unless you hide it, to match and assess you against positions, and to send your application to a company you apply to. You confirm that what you upload is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

AI features

HireBox uses AI to read CVs, suggest profile improvements, draft messages and assess how well candidates fit positions. These outputs can be wrong or incomplete, so check suggestions and drafts before you use them. Companies make their own decisions about candidates and are responsible for them.

Companies hiring on HireBox

If you use HireBox to hire, you also agree to:

• post only real, open positions, and describe them accurately;
• contact candidates only about those positions, and not send unsolicited or bulk messages;
• use candidates’ information only to recruit through HireBox, and not copy it out, share it, sell it or use it for anything else;
• follow the laws that apply to you, including on data protection and non-discrimination.

What you may not do

• Collect data from HireBox by automated means, such as scraping or bots, or copy it in bulk.
• Create fake accounts or profiles, or pretend to be someone else.
• Post anything unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or harassing.
• Try to break, overload or get around the security of HireBox.
• Resell or pass on access to HireBox.

Fees

HireBox is free for candidates. Terms for companies, including any fees, are agreed with them separately.

Ending your use

You can stop using HireBox at any time and ask us to delete your account, as the Privacy Policy describes. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

HireBox is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what candidates and companies who meet through HireBox decide or do. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with its date, and tell you about significant changes before they take effect. If you keep using HireBox after that, you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and its courts hear any disputes, unless the law of the country where you live as a consumer gives you other rights.
